Get Set For The Games
> A mystery adventure in which athletes, volunteers and organisers must work together for success …with a performance at the finish line!Voice and movement, script work and character creation form the basis of this specially devised Games-themed workshop series with performances. The children will devise and rehearse this unique script full of fun with dramatic roles for all.Suitable for Primary and S1-3, 6 sessions, 90 min, £75 per session.

Peter Pan Relaxed Performance
> Wed 7 Jan 2015 11amRelaxed performances are specifically designed to welcome people with a learning disability, Down’s Syndrome, Autism Spectrum Condition or sensory and communication disorders. There is a relaxed attitude to noise and movement and some small changes made to the light and sound effects.  Visual stories and familiarisation visits will be available before the performance.

Behind the scenes tours
> How glamorous are the dressing rooms? Are there any ghosts? How has the theatre changed over the century? Staff will come to your school to deliver a talk about the theatre or come to us and we’ll take you on a tour around the theatre, exploring the history of the theatre, basic technical aspects and theatrical superstitions.Just over an hour in length, these sessions are an excellent way to learn more about the Theatre Royal and the King’s Theatre; Scotland’s only Grade A listed theatre.

You can book a talk or tour any time or combine a tour with a matinee performance.

Tours are £50 although this fee is redeemable against a group booking.
